This year 2019 is expected more influx of floats and comparsas in Entroido Vigues due to the greater amount of prizes and publicity of the same.

The economic endowments of the prizes will be greater than other years: 3000, 2500 and 2000 € for the first second and third prize and 14 second prize of 1,000 euros for the following comparsas in order of score. The big news is that up to 25 comparsas will receive a prize of € 200 to cover travel expenses. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, March 6 at the end of the burial of the meco at around 7:30 pm.

The enthronement of the Meco will be on Friday, March 1 at 8:00 p.m. at Porta do Sol

At 20/30 p.m. Chenoa concert at Porta do Sol Square.

On Monday, March 4, chocolate at 6:00 p.m. and children's workshops from 5:00 pm. Until 8:00 pm

The comparsas and floats will leave this Saturday March 2 at 6:00 pm from the Isaac Peral knot to the Plaza del Sol ( floats and parades that have registered in the City until February 26 with a requirement of more than 35 participants). The enjoyment of young and old is expected.

Later at 10:00 p.m. Sidecars concert.

As a sports city on Sunday at 10: 00 h. and 11/00 am the V Popular children's and adult  Race will be celebrated leaving the Puerta del Sol.

 On Tuesday, March 5, the Costume Contest will be held in front of the Marco's staircase from 17:30 to 19:30.
