Q_When do we start to practice athletics?

R _ I started running at age 9. I started on my own through the different games with the friends of the time. Games where running speed was a determining factor to highlight.
Then I discovered that life made me run.
I joined organized athletics at age 11, where I quickly began a competition in qualifying tests for the national qualification of children's athletics of the time.

Q_ What is the relationship between operation and business entrepreneurship?

R_ There is a close relationship between the practice of a sport and business entrepreneurship through the development of what he pointed out the three "D"
First, I will explain what you consider a characteristic found in sports people. I mean the ability to be awake.
And how is this? What do I mean?
The practice of organized sport requires fanning, expanding all the senses. And through activation, the possibility of improving the decision-making that leads to actions is enhanced. The sum of these two provides results. Decisions + Actions = Results
I am talking about a common denominator in entrepreneurship. The decision to carry out an idea into practice through action, generate a result and this learning.
But none of this is achieved without Discipline. Here the second "D" and the importance of sport in promoting the value of complying with a set of rules that end up improving the attitude of trust and even self-realization.
Last but not least the Determination. She is preceded through a direct dialogue between our heart and our mind.

Q_ Is it possible to enlarge the spirit and strength through sport?

R_ Certainly the spirit and mental strength are enhanced.

Running specifically is a sport that allows you to cross goals. It usually begins with small goals also called achievable. Such as improving health, losing some overweight, improving general well-being, meditating or simply joining a group of runners as an after office activity.
Whatever the selection criteria allows the opening to the new. A set of phases begins through which the broker, as well as the entrepreneur, can assess the changes.
This phase allows you to gain self confidence through the small achievements. In my experience I have been able to talk with hundreds of runners who, before starting, never thought they were capable of at least completing a 5K race. Now some of them have experienced triathlons. Here a test of self-improvement that strengthens the spirit as much as undertaking a business idea.
After the entrepreneurship initiative and seeing the dream come true, the same thing happens when a marathon is finished. The broker asks himself when will the next commitment be?
Now, in relation to mental strength it is dosed to the Discipline process that involves the application of good habits. Only discipline is present when motivation is absent. In this sense, the powerful muscle of the brain is worked by strengthening it, among other things, in that constant crossing of goals.
When a runner arrives at a goal he is usually invaded by the joy of knowing that he reached. That feeling of accomplishment ends up becoming a constant in the life of the sports practitioner, allowing him to always look for new and more goals to achieve.
Having high expectations makes us more demanding people towards ourselves.

Q_ How does this training extrapolate to our inner goals?

R_ It is only necessary to look back to understand how far we have come. That is why he always encouraged people to dare because it is only enough to take the first step and the other foot will follow the first. The changes allow us to make adjustments and these transform us to evolve as a better version of ourselves.
Through this internal dialogue carried out while running, you can feed the congruent strategies between the intended objective and the achieved objectives. I am not talking about the goals of running. I expose the life goals, those for which we motivate our decisions and actions to obtain results.

Q_ What do you mean on how to feed the mind with positive capsules?

R_ When I talk about positive plus capsules I mean empowering thoughts.
It is that thought capable of placing us in a comfortable situation in the face of any state that could take us out of the congruent focus between thoughts and actions to be carried out.
I particularly use these capsules at different events of the day.
Imagine, at this precise moment reaching a dream goal.
What you feel when you visualize achieving your goal.
That pleasant feeling of achieving a dream, an objective or a goal feeds the spirit and ends up becoming a capsule of positive plus.

Q_ How would you define the C.L.P.

R_ This methodology consists of the three-step activity:
Upload - Download and Reload
During the day to day we experience the load. It is given by the stress process of the different activities commitments or obligations acquired in professional life or simply in the development of daily actions. This load when it is cumulative begins to manifest itself in the body in different ways. But all of them negatively because it is a shout from the body and mind requesting disconnection.
Here the download appears, carried out through different activities where the routine pattern of these systematic activities of each new day is broken. Through knowledge acquired through experience learning I have seen how many people manage to take advantage of the download, to sustain more joy and find that key that allows to solve situations not previously visualized.
Then comes a reload process while downloading. Just through sports discipline as a source of food for those who practice as a cycle of well-being in their routine.

Q_ How to find and listen to the inner self to innovate, change and work with sport?

R_Runcing for those who enjoy this activity ends up being an instrument of meditation. Constant training to be the ideal way to disconnect the mind from everything that exhausts it. Thus begins a process in each run out where I have considered the new thought "I run, then I think." Where renewed ideas coexist with the pleasure of feeling physical well-being and mental relaxation.
That is why going for a run alone or in a group becomes an activity that creates positive addiction. We wake up to change bad habits of daily routine for an activity that, through discipline and determination, helps us achieve our proposed objectives. In addition, it is amalgamated with the actions of our daily events, allowing us to be ready to innovate with a fresh mind, to assimilate changes because running is transformation and being ambassadors of sport as a method of well-being and mental strength.

Q_ Why do you think running is being adopted every day by more athletes?

R_ It is being adopted every day by more people for the immediate results experienced.
In my Blog I explain something in reference. Basically, while it is true that the constant practice of the discipline of running is associated with benefits around health and general well-being. Such as weight loss and control of it, as it is an aerobic activity that increases the heart rate and affects the loss of body weight. This leads to a planning in many cases of a balanced diet to maintain the new weight, directly affecting a better diet. It is no less true his contribution in the self-improvement of those who practice, hence the mental strength of the daring to go for new and more goals.

Q_ What do you recommend to people of a certain age who start this sport?

R_ With all due respect I consider that there is no age to start in this sport as long as it is done under the supervision of coach with experiences in sports activity. Personally I saw closely the growth of my grandfather who started past 60 years and had the opportunity to leave his mark on the sports walk through the walks.

Q_ What are your goals as an experienced runner and coach?

R_ My goal today is framed within what I have considered "raising and empowering lives." I enjoy traveling to different races and running there next to those who go out on the asphalt to write their own story. I take advantage while we are at a synchronized pace and under the swing of the arms on the strides to know them to know that the reason to go for a run. It is those stories that he later took through social networks to continue promoting this discipline that continues in constant growth.
Currently I continue visiting cities around the world to run and write about the experiences of the runners.
