The Amancio Ortega Foundation, through its current president Flora Pérez and vice president José Arnau Sierra, hands over the keys to the Xunta of the third of the seven residences promised in 2019. It will start operating in 2025 and is located in the A Eiriña neighbourhood of Pontevedra.

This avant-garde centre is equipped with 120 places in 42 double rooms and 36 single rooms, it also has a hairdresser, gym, rehabilitation, psychogeriatrics, podiatry, etc.

Alfonso Rueda, president of the Xunta, has announced that in this coming year they also expect to deliver those of Coruña, Ferrol and Orense.

Currently, those in Lugo and Santiago are already in operation.
