This month we will have two virtual races convened online highlighting the importance of staying in shape and participating in these solidarity events:
On the one hand, the AVEMPO foundation organizes the "VIII Solidarity Race for Multiple Sclerosis" which this year will consist of a virtual race from the 22nd to the 11/29/20
Until 4/11/20 there is the option of requesting the shirt with which to wear this race.
On the other hand, a Virtual Woman race will be held this November in Galicia on 11/29/20, convened with other dates for other Spanish cities.
